Advertising Account Executive

Job description


We are looking for experienced Advertising Account Executives to act as a point of contact with clients to get a thorough understanding of their advertising and promotional needs.

The executive manages and coordinates advertising and promotional campaigns post client approval, tracks budgets and costs, and ensures that the projects run smoothly. Executives stay in touch with the current clients and develop new business by presenting proposals or pitches in collaboration with other members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and liaising with clients as a primary contact
  • Working with clients, R&D, creative colleagues and external suppliers to develop and execute marketing and media briefs
  • Working with agency colleagues to devise advertising campaigns that meet the client briefs and budgets
  • Presenting/Pitching ideas and budgets with and without colleagues
  • Acting as the primary client contact and interface with media, creative and event teams ensuring smooth communication and managing workflows
  • Handling supplier negotiations, managing costs and producing invoices
  • Writing client reports
  • Project Management, Quality Control & Monitoring effectiveness









Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position
  • Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries
  • A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and innovative thought processes
