Summary
We are seeking a competitive Distributor Medical Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The representative will act as the key link between the company and customers in the education of their products. The goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of the company’s pharmaceutical products and maximize sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide health and wellness education to Pharmacies in the Central and South regions
  • Collaborate with Pharmacists to determine community health needs and develop goals for meeting these needs
  • Understand product benefits and develop consumer value propositions
  • Understand market inclusive of competitor products
  • Identify strategic partnerships with organizations that promote health education
  • Evaluate, design, present, recommend and disseminate healthcare information and materials
  • Conduct webinars & Cottage meetings with key Pharmacies
  • Facilitate health education events, conferences, and presentations
  • Maintain record on performance of products being detailed
  • Maintain working relationships with Pharmacies
  • Present information effectively to diverse audiences
  • Monitor and report of competitive activity seen in Pharmacies
  • Work with sales team to execute and ensure consistent marketing messages
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback to Sales/Marketing/Customer Service Department
  • Trade visits to identified Pharmacies, with the objective of promoting identified products
  • Daily Trade Visit rate of ten (10) Pharmacies




Job requirements


Minimum Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Pharmacology/Biochemistry or Relevant Field
  • 2-3 years of Proven Pharmaceutical Sales Experience or Similar Position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Any other specialized training in Sales/Marketing would be an asset
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Vehicle in good working condition
  • A valid Trinidad & Tobago Passport
