Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on Experience with mergers and acquisitions
  • Lead and manage all aspects of financial strategy and operations as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • Drive innovation and excellence in technology as a Chief Information Officer (CIO)
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure organizational efficiency as a Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Enhance data management and decision-making processes within the organization

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business or other related field of study
  • Proven executive-level experience in a related role
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at driving growth and operational excellence
  • A results-oriented mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
