Summary
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative;; a leading manufacturer of high-quality brooms, mops and other cleaning products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, managing client relationships, and driving sales of products across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within retail, wholesale, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for our products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and new prospects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the broom manufacturing sector.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide feedback to help tailor our product offerings and sales strategies.
Job requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum three (3)+ years of experience in sales
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a form of transport.
