Service Advisor/Customer Service Representative

Job description

We are currently seeking a competent, resourceful and results oriented candidates who are able to work under pressure and within a fast-paced environment to fill the role of a Service Advisor.


  • To provide customers with a quality service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Assist department sales of service and parts. This includes but is not limited to; the completion of Vehicle Physical Inspection, generating repair orders, pre-booking of service appointments.
  • To perform any duties which may or may not be related to the above as requested by the Manager.







Job requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5 CXC passes
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in customer service **prior experience in the Automotive Industry will be considered and asset.
  • Certificate in Customer Service from a recognized institution
  • Certificate in Computer Literacy
  • Certificate of good character

Working Hours

8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday 

8:00am to 12:00 noon Saturday
